Entering the Arm Triangle hold from the Mount position is a little slower than from side control because of the angle. To enter from the mount position, you must first hug the head with one of your arms and try to raise his arm to his head with your other arm. Then trap his arm against his head with your head. You can finish the choke from mount or half guard.
