You can catch a Triangle hold from 4 positions. In the Collar and Sleeve Guard use your shin to pin the far arm. During a Hip Bump Sweep attempt put your arm on the other side of the head. When the opponent defends by grabbing his hand during your Fallback Armbar, poke your leg between his arms. When you are under the opponent's north south position, work your way to an inverted spider guard and spin through.
