This video shows you the fundamental mechanics of the Loop Choke where your wrap your arm around his head from a cross collar grip. Where your place your arms and legs will lock him into the position so you can complete the choke. You can initiate it from your knees, from within Kneeshield half guard, or from a sit up guard.
