13m
This class is about catching the exposed heel midroll and freezing the opponent in the ideal condition for a heel hook at the end of the roll. The 2 rolls explored are (1) the SLX reaping roll, ending in the Outside Ashi Heel Hook and (2) Inside Sankaku running man roll, ending in Inside Heel Hook. We explore details on what we can do to ensure we freeze the opponent at the end of the roll.
