When your opponent grabs the same side collar, you can trap his hand on your chest and move your body into the position to enter the armbar. If you trap the hand from your side control or closed guard, you can angle your hips for an armbar. If you trap the hand from under his mount, you can escape the mount by rotating into him until you belly down and get on your knees.
